Clam cleaning harvest from nearby Clam Gulch. Clam Gulch--great place to dig razor clams near highway. The lower the tide the better the digging. Find little dimple in sand, dig next to dimple, then reach in to grab clam before it gets away. The limit is 45 clams per day, which is more than enough for chowder.
